The newest rumor involving New York's latest playboy quarterback, Mark Sanchez, is quite a doozy. From the New York Post:
Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez may be limbering up for his big game on Christmas Eve against the Giants, but he’s also been keeping time with curvaceous beauty Kate Upton.
Sanchez has been paying frequent late-night visits to the Victoria’s Secret and Sports Illustrated swimsuit model’s Flatiron apartment, we’re told. He’s been spotted several times at the voluptuous blonde’s pad since November, usually after games or before practices — sometimes as late as midnight — rolling up in his black chauffeur-driven Navigator.

Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton is all the rage this week after the magazine's annual swimsuit issue mega-unveiling, so naturally, her love life is in focus.

Leave it to Ellen DeGeneres to get to the bottom of one recent rumor.

The talk show host got straight to the point by asking stating, "Your boyfriend, New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez. "I did not have a Valentine's date this year," Kate Upton, 19, responded. Ellen was unfazed by that seemingly implausible, evasive response, continuing:

"OK, so he was busy ... So how does your boyfriend Mark Sanchez feel about all this whole Sports Illustrated cover thing? He must be proud, right?"

"Well, even if I had a boyfriend. I wouldn't ask how he felt about it," Kate said, persistently dodging Ellen's questions. Your boyfriend Mark Sanchez? DeGeneres asked.

No response. Kate then asked Ellen if she wants Mark to be her boyfriend, which she point-blank replied, "Yeah... He's cute. Don't you think he's cute?"

Kate finally caved, a little, adding, "Yeah, he is cute," and explained that she met him years ago through her sister that works for the New York Jets.

That was enough for Ellen, who concluded: "She's dating Mark Sanchez."

Ellen was unsuccessful in those attempts, as Upton danced around the question and refused to give a straight answer.

This past week, supermodel Kate Upton has been all over the news, partly because she nabbed the coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover spot and partly because, Jesus, justlook at her. For some, including this writer, this fact only works as further proof that Upton isn’t actually a human but rather a robot designed by the government to be the world’s most beautiful woman and hypnotize regular Americans through the Dougie (the intense amount of Photoshop on that cover isn’t helping disprove the inhuman theory). For the folks at Fox News, though, this meant that they had the chance to interview both Uptons in one morning about the young model’s sexy pictorials.
First, on Fox and Friends, came Kate. Shockingly, it turns out that there just aren’t that many questions that news anchors can come up with to ask theSports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl and so a couple tend to get repeated. “What’s your number?” and “Can you start dancing on my early morning TV show?”
Speaking of politicians, not two hours later, Rep. Fred Upton, “Uncle Fred” to Kate, showed up on Fox News as well to talk about various issues like the Solyndra scandal. Upton did his best with the questions but he seemed a little more comfortable talking Congress talk.
What grown man wouldn’t want to go on national television to answer questions about how “beautiful” his 19-year-old niece looks when she’s barely wearing anything?
